MARKETING MANAGER

Responsibilities:
• Develop marketing strategy and action plans to achieve the sales and profit targets.
• Ensure outstanding execution of all internal and external marketing and promotional efforts including advertising.
• Act as a continuous source of creative ideas to increase store sales, brand awareness and image through marketing and promotional opportunities.
• Analyze, evaluate and provide feedback on the effectiveness for all marketing and promotional initiatives.
Relationships:
• Demonstrate the ability to interact and cooperate with all company associates, proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all departments.
• Communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, seize opportunities creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
• Value and build trust with potential partners. Develop and maintain professional external relationships that meet the company core values.
Specifications:
• Marketing Degree or Business Degree with strong marketing emphasis.
• Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
• Self motivated and detail oriented with strong leadership skills.
• Outstanding prioritization and organizational skills, with proven ability in project management.
• Ability to interact, inform, motivate and work with a diverse group of people.
• Flair for analytical judgment, with a methodical and systematic approach.
• Creative, outgoing, enthusiastic with excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Computer literate and excellent command of English, both written and verbal.

Financial Analyst

Responsibilities:
• Actively seek improvement of implemented result by recognizing where efficiently of available resources can add more value
• Min have experience in Internal Control Analysis and reliability
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• Possess good working knowledge and understanding of financial processes is a must
• Must have strong initiative, result oriented with strong personal drive
• Must possess strong risk and control sense
• Possess high integrity, high spirit and energy to lead control improvement process
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to deal with people from all levels in professional way
• A team player with matured attitude and ability to work independently with min supervision in a highly demanding environment
• English proficiency, both in report writing and speaking is a must

Requirements:
• Male/female, min. 20 years old
• Graduated from a reputable university min with a bachelor degree in finance or business management
• Able to work independently & under pressure
• Fresh graduate are welcome
